JOB TITLE: Client Services Associate – Financial

REPORTS TO: President, COO

LEVEL: Entry to Mid-Level

JOB SUMMARY: The Client Services Associate is responsible for servicing and supporting designated financial advisor clients.

Primary tasks include processing paperwork, database management, preparing client reports and handling cashiering functions.


With an ability to anticipate needs and always be five steps ahead, the Client Services Associate serves our Financial Advisors and assists with professional needs using superb administrative skills. By guarding the Financial Advisor’s time and helping him stay focused, the Client Services Associate frees up the Advisor to do what only he/she can do—maintain superb relationships with their clients. 


Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Open accounts and process transfers
  • Maintain existing accounts
  • Maintain client’s CRM/Database
  • Run client reporting and billing as needed
  • Prepare meeting reports and other meeting prep
  • Correspond by both email and phone with clients
  • Correspond with Custodians
  • Deposit checks and process ACH and Wire transactions
  • Scan paperwork for electronic storage
  • Manage projects as needed



  • 2 to 3 years of professional work experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Results-oriented and highly motivated
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, telephone)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Research skills and quest for knowledge
  • Possesses confidence, professionalism and integrity
  • Enjoys working in fast paced environment
