As you bring on new clients, FSOS gathers the information needed to open the appropriate accounts and transfer their assets to your practice.

We provide ongoing customer service, which allows either you the advisor to direct us, or your client to contact us direct for their administrative needs once their accounts are open.

Client Database Setup & Management

At FSOS, we work with several different databases, including Redtail, Junxure, Salesforce, Morningstar, Advyzon and Wealthbox, to manager your client databases. We can help you from the initial setup to regular maintenance. All of our activities are logged in your database, so there is a compliance record of everything we’ve done.

Assistance With Performance Reporting & Billing

We work with several different platforms, including Portfolio Center, Assetbook, Morningstar, Orion, Tamarac, Advyzon and Black Diamond, to prepare and send client reporting. Through these platforms, we prepare, send out, and process billing uploads to your custodians.

Custodian
Interface

We act as an interface between you and your custodian to complete client paperwork and requests as needed.

Holiday & Special Occasion Mailings

As an additional service, we are happy to prepare and mail cards, postcards, and other marketing materials as desired for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions. Many of our clients send us cards already signed so that they are personalized, especially birthday cards.
